As a native of Toronto, growing up in a big city I'd always find myself looking up to the edges of skyscrapers. One could conclude that this could lead to a pursuit in architecture, but that connection is much deeper. I have always found inspiration through immersive and experiential designed spaces. Architecture has allowed me to problem-solve creatively using my passion for the arts and design to find solutions that impact people and the physical world around us.

I began my career in academia obtaining a bachelor’s of Environmental Design in Architecture from OCAD University in 2020. I pride myself on being able to design in various environments and cultures. I believe that design practices are enriched when you can subject your creativity to different circumstances.

Outside of Architecture, my life is comprised of going on coffee runs, checking off a book from my list, grabbing a drink or food with friends, and trying out new recipes.

Who am I?

I am a Project Coordinator at Norm Li. I help the projects run smoothly between the clients and our team. I’ve spent the past few months relearning what I enjoy during my downtime outside of work - currently focused on cooking outside of my comfort zone.

I am constantly learning and expanding my knowledge of design while building connections with fellow designers. I am skilled and flexible in many areas of design and development. Some of my skills include:

  • Revit

  • AutoCAD

  • Sketchup

  • Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

  • Microsoft Office

  • Sketching

  • Conceptual mockup models

Design Process

I always start with scribbling ideas and concepts, finding the problem, and the solution.

When I know what approach I want to take, I’ll begin with conceptual models. Then begin building on 3D modeling softwares.

I use Photoshop,  Illustrator, and InDesign for my layout and design.

I use Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup for my 3D modelling design.
